About Me
I’m not your typical coach – and you’re probably not here for typical coaching.
I’ve spent years working across countries, cultures, and systems that often prize performance over purpose. Through that, I’ve learned how to navigate complexity while staying rooted in what matters – and I now help others do the same.
Because I don’t believe a career is just a series of roles – it’s a mirror of who we are becoming. And leadership isn’t a set of competencies – it’s the daily practice of presence, perspective, and impact.

My approach integrates Integral Theory, Spiral Dynamics, and the Enneagram with hard-earned experience in business and behavioural science. I support clients to lead and live with greater awareness, clarity, and strategic depth – without leaving parts of themselves behind. I help people name what matters, challenge what limits them, and act in alignment with both personal meaning and the common good.
Clients I work with often share a sense that the world – and their place in it – is shifting. Some are leaders seeking to move beyond performance into purpose. Others are professionals in transition, seeking clarity without compromise. Some are simply done with performative leadership, empty ambition, or career paths that no longer fit. What unites them is a desire to grow in ways that are real, embodied, and impactful.
Here’s what we work toward together:

Self-awareness
that leads to more intelligent decisions – not just insight for insight’s sake

Emotional agility
and resilience in the face of complexity

Leadership presence
that’s authentic – not a performance

Career clarity
rooted in values, vision, and long-term impact
The ability to meet others where they are and lead situationally through changing value systems
I’m provocative, commercially aware, deeply spiritual, and often funny. I don’t do scripts. I do honesty, systems thinking, and the kind of coaching that makes your worldview bigger – while helping you move forward with more precision and less noise.
If you’re craving something more integrated, more human, and more aligned with who you’re becoming – this is the work.
